CHOCOLATE CREAM CAKE 
1ST LAYER:

1 cube butter
1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. nut meats, chopped

Mix together and press into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

2ND LAYER:

1 lg. pkg. Cool Whip
1 lg. (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese

Mix together and put on first layer.

3RD LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding mix
3 1/2 c. milk

Beat and put on 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER:

1 lg. pkg. Cool Whip

Grate small chocolate bar over top. Refrigerate.
