MOCK LASAGNA 
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
1 can choplets
1 lg. onion
1 lg. bell pepper
16 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute choplets and dice in one skillet. In another skillet saute onion, pepper and then mixture together. When choplets are done add cooked macaroni and meat together. Add tomato sauce and catsup. Season with salt and Accent to taste. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Choplets may be purchased at health food store.
