1 can LeSueur peas
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 cucumber, chopped
2 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
Salt & pepper
1 stalk celery, chopped
10-12 olives, sliced
Green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. salad oil

Toss and chill.
