BRIDES SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. liquid (juice from pineapple and water)
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. apples, diced unpeeled
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Combine Jello and liquid and let stand until partially set. Whip with beater. Add cream cheese and then the rest of the ingredients. This will make 12 individual molds or one large ring.
