PINEAPPLE CHICKEN 
1 c. pineapple juice
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix
4 chicken breasts (skinned & boned)
Cornstarch

Mix juice with dry Ranch dressing. Pour 1/2 of mixture over chicken in baking dish. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours. Add cornstarch to rest of juice mixture and cook over medium heat until mix thickens. Pour over chicken and juice. Bake at 350 degrees or 375 degrees until done, about 1 hour.
