COMPANY COD 
2 lbs. cod, sole, white filets
1-1 1/4 lb. sm. shrimp (canned or fresh frozen)
1/2 c. butter bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. Half and Half (can substitute with milk)
1/2 c. sherry
Salt and pepper to taste

Place fillets in 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix milk and sherry; pour over fish. Salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-7 minutes, to set. Remove and heap shrimp and bread crumbs on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until brown.
