MINCEMEAT COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 c. Crisco
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda, 4 c. flour for roll
1 pkg. mincemeat OR add 2 1/2 c. flour for drop cookies

Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for roll and for drop 400 degrees. Add 1 1/2 cups water to packaged mincemeat. Heat through, let stand overnight. Add to batter and bake.
