SPINACH CASSEROLE 
4 pkgs. chopped spinach
10 oz. Cracker Barrel sharp cheese, grated
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 (2 c.) carton sour cream
Ritz crackers
Lawry's seasoned salt

Cook spinach by directions on package; squeeze out water. Mix 10 ounces cheese, can of shrimp soup and 2 cups sour cream. Butter dish; layer spinach and soup mix. Top with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs. Sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
