BAKED WILD RICE 
1 onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lg. green pepper, minced

Add 2 cups uncooked wild rice and brown in 1 cup butter. Stir well. Add 4 cans consomme (beef), undiluted. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
