PEACH CHEESE CAKE 
1 box yellow "pudding" cake mix
1 lg. can peaches
1 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
6 tbsp. peach juice

Mix cake as directed on package. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Drain peaches - reserve juice. Place peaches on batter, leaving 1 inch on all sides. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 6 tablespoons peach juice, beat until smooth. Spread on top of peaches. Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree oven.
