VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. carrots, diced
1 1/2 c. celery, diced
3/4 c. cooked onion, sliced
1 1/2 c. cooked peas and snap beans
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 c. med. white sauce
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Mix vegetables and salt and pepper. Stir cheese into white sauce and place alternate layers of vegetables and sauce in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs and bake uncovered in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
