SALMON PATTIES | |
1 (1 lb.) can salmon, undrained 1 egg 2 tbsp. onion, chopped 2 tbsp. celery, chopped 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs Combine all ingredients, mixing with a fork until blended. Shape into patties. Dip into additional bread crumbs. Brown both sides in small amounts of oil in preheated skillet. Try substituting crab or tuna for salmon. |
