ICE CREAM CAKE 
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 stick butter
45 crushed Ritz crackers
1 c. milk
Chocolate syrup
Cherries or strawberries
1 container of Cool Whip
Nuts (crushed)

Combine crackers and butter and put in 9 x 13 baking dish. Let ice cream soften at room temperature add vanilla pudding and milk to ice cream. Blend well with mixer. Cover the crust with ice cream mixture and let set in the refrigerator.

After set, spread with Cool Whip and drizzle chocolate syrup over the top. Sprinkle with nuts and cherries or strawberries. Set in the refrigerator.
