MACARONI, CHEESE WITH TOMATOES 
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes with juice
1/2 stick butter
12 oz. Colby longhorn cheese, cut into strips
Salt & pepper

Cook macaroni according to package directions or until desired tenderness. In a 2 quart casserole, layer ingredients 3 times, starting with macaroni and ending with tomatoes on top. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until hot and bubbly.
