BAKED BEANS 
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. barbeque sauce with onions
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. Southern Comfort Whiskey
1/4 lb. bacon
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans

In a large heavy pot brown bacon on medium until done. Remove bacon. Add all seasonings and butter. Cook 5 minutes, mix with beans in a large casserole dish. Add whiskey, sauteed seasonings and crushed bacon. Stir well. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Whiskey will cook out during baking.
