PERSONAL PIZZAS 
Shortening
All-purpose flour
1 pkg. refrigerated biscuits
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1 c.)

EQUIPMENT: Can opener, baking sheets, cutting board, rolling pin, ruler, measuring spoons, hot pads, pancake turner.

Turn oven to 425 degrees. Grease baking sheet with shortening. Flour cutting board. Pull biscuits apart. Put 1 biscuit on floured board. Use rolling pin to roll biscuit in circle four inches across. Place on baking sheet. Repeat.

Spoon about 1 1/2 tablespoons of pizza sauce onto each biscuit. Spread evenly over biscuit. Sprinkle each with about 1 1/2 tablespoons of cheese. Put your favorite topping. Place in hot oven. Bake until crust is brown. About 10 or 15 minutes. Use pancake turner to remove from sheet. Makes 10 pizzas.
