MEXICAN CHICKEN | |
1 chicken, cooked, deboned & cut into bite-size pieces 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can tomatoes 1 can chiles (according to taste) 1 chopped onion 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 pkg. corn tortillas, torn into pieces Mix together first 4 ingredients. In crock pot layer tortillas, then soup mixture, then onion and cheese. Repeat until done. Cook in crock pot 6-8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. |
