STUFFED CUCUMBERS 
2 med. to lg. cucumbers
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. grated celery
1 tbsp. chopped, stuffed olives, drained

Peel cucumbers; cut in 1/2 lengthwise. With spoon, scoop out seeds and membrane. Soften cream cheese with the mayonnaise; mix in rest of ingredients. Fill cucumber cavity with mixture; press together. Chill for 2 hours. To serve, slice thin and serve with dressing.
