MOCK SUKIYAKI 
1 lb. thinly sliced steak
2 tbsp. oil
1 c. sliced celery
1 med. bell pepper, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
2 cans beef gravy
2 tbsp. soy sauce
4 c. hot cooked rice

Brown steak in oil. Add vegetables and soy sauce. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until veggies are tender. Add gravy and heat thoroughly. Serve over rice.
