PORK BAR-B-Q 
3-4 lb. pork roast
1 c. onions, chopped fine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

Cook pork roast in crock pot. Cut meat into small pieces. Put back in crock pot with sauce for 3 to 4 hours on low.

Directions for sauce: mix all ingredients together and simmer with 2 cups broth from meat being used (or 2 cups water can be substituted). Simmer for about 2 hours then pour over meat.
