1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter, softened
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg together. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Then mix the rest of the ingredients and spread on top of the first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut into squares.
