BLONDE BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 bag (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients except chocolate chips. Spread in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
