SCALLOPS SCAMPI 
1 lb. calico scallops
1/4 c. butter or olive oil
1/2 c. white wine
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt, pepper, chopped parsley
Drop or two of Tabasco, if desired

Saute scallops in butter and seasonings 1 minute on each side or until translucent look appears. Add wine and simmer 10 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and mix until crumbs are moist. Serve at once over rice or pasta.
