FRUITIE COOKIE 
4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. low calorie butter
1/2 c. sugar
24 tsp. sugar substitute
1 pkg. low calorie gelatin (any)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites

Cream butter. Add sugar and gelatin gradually. Add egg whites and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour with baking powder gradually. Force through a cookie press - sprinkle with a little gelatin. Bake at 400 degrees 8 minutes. Makes 5 dozen at 40 calories. Lime gelatin does very well in this because it cuts the artificial taste.
