FISH 
Any fillets
Onion, chopped
Green pepper, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Sour cream (optional)

Butter bottom and sides of casserole or foil pockets for grilled fish. Put fillets in layers and in between salt and pepper; dot with butter. Add peppers and onions also. Top with sour cream. If on grill, seal foil all around. In oven, 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. On grill 5 minutes on both sides; turn once.
