BLACK MAGIC CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. strong coffee (2 tsp. instant in 1 c. water)
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil, and vanilla. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Batter will be thin. Pour in greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Can be made in angel food pan. Bake 50 minutes. Frost with vanilla frosting.
