CHOCOLATE PECAN DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts, crushed
1/2 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 family size carton Cool Whip
3 c. milk
2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding

Combine flour, nuts and butter and put into 9"x13" greased glass baking dish. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Combine 1 cup Cool Whip with powdered sugar and cream cheese. Beat until fluffy. Spread over cool crust.

Combine milk and pudding. Pour over above. Spread rest of Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with nuts.
