CAJUN CHICKEN 
boneless and skinless chicken breasts
black pepper
garlic powder
chicken seasoned salt
Cajun seasoning (add more of this than other seasonings)

Thoroughly wash chicken breasts (save juice chicken was contained in). Place chicken breasts in large skillet. Do not add any type of oil, or grease. Sprinkle seasonings as listed. Turn chicken when one side has browned; repeat seasoning process. Add liquid, reserved from chicken. (Sprinkle with water.) Reduce heat when both sides are browned. Check for doneness.

Note: This can be as hot and spicy as your taste buds permit, or it can be as mild as you like...

Hint: I cover the frying pan, add more liquid, and more Cajun seasoning to the liquid, then when chicken is removed, there is a nice hot sauce to place the chicken in or pour over the chicken.
