OATMEAL-NUT WAFFLES 
2 c. milk
2 lg. eggs
1 1/2 c. stone ground whole wheat flour
4 tbsp. oil (non-cholesterol)
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. honey
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Mix first 6 listed ingredients, beat well. Then add oatmeal and pecans. Bake on hot waffle iron. Leftover waffles can be frozen and eaten later.
