SALAD DELICIOUS 
1 lb. fresh spinach
1 head Iceberg lettuce
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
1 bunch green onions, chopped
6 hard cooked eggs, peeled & chopped
1 lb. bacon, dried & crumbled

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 (0.4 oz.) pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch salad dressing mix (original)

Wash and stem spinach. Dry thoroughly. Tear into pieces in a very large salad bowl. Tear lettuce into bite size pieces, place on top of spinach. Sprinkle with peas, onions, eggs and bacon.

For Dressing: Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and salad dressing mix together thoroughly. Spread dressing over top of salad like icing on a cake. Refrigerate overnight. Toss just before serving. Yield: 12 generous servings.
