PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
2 1/2 c. cake flour, sifted
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Sift above together into bowl. 1/3 c. peanut butter 2/3 c. milk

Add above and beat 2 minutes. 2 eggs

Add above and beat 2 more minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes.

NOTE: If using 13 x 9 inch pan, bake 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. juice, pineapple or orange

Cream together butter and peanut butter. Add sugar, vanilla and juice to make spreading consistency. Spread over cake after it has cooled.
