MANDARIN ORANGE CONGEALED SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
2 c. buttermilk
1 can mandarin oranges, drained & chopped
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (9 oz.) container whipped topping
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Heat pineapple with the gelatin, stir over low heat until gelatin melts. Add buttermilk. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in oranges, nuts and topping. Chill until set. Serves 10-12 people.
