CHICKEN SALAD 
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1 c. green grapes, quartered
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. cream, whipped
Stuffed olives

Mix first six ingredients. Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; add to chicken mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Garnish with olives and serve on lettuce or in tomato cups.
