CHOCOLATE TURTLE BARS 
14 oz. pkg. light caramels
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Melt caramels on low heat. Add 1/3 cup evaporated milk. In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, melted butter, and 1/3 cup evaporated milk until moist. Spread half of batter in greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.

Sprinkle chocolate morsels over top, then pour caramel over top. Spread remaining mix over top of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes. Cool 30 minutes before serving.
