ANNIE'S SWEDISH COCONUT COOKIES 
2 c. butter (4 sticks)
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely ground coconut (Angel Flake)

Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add butter, coconut and vanilla. Mix well with pastry blender. Use hands to stiffen dough until soft. Shape in rolls. Chill overnight. Slice and bake at 350 degrees. Watch carefully, cookies burn easily.
