MEXICAN CHEESE BROCCOLI
CASSEROLE
 
2 boxes chopped broccoli
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta Hot Mexican cheese
1 (8 oz.) Kraft med. Cheddar cheese
Butter
Salt to taste

Boil broccoli for 10 minutes. Drain well. While broccoli is boiling, grate Cheddar cheese and cut Mexican cheese into small cubes. Put broccoli in casserole dish. Add butter, salt and some of the two cheeses. Mix well. Add more of the cheeses on top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Take out and add remaining cheese with the Cheddar cheese on the very top. Bake until melted.
