BUTTERNUT SQUASH 
1 butternut squash
1 red delicious apple
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup brown sugar (or Splenda)
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray cooking oil onto a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Peel squash and cut into small cubes. Discard peeling and seeds. Pour into baking dish. Cut up apple and cut into small cubes and pour over the squash. Pour raisins over the squash and apple. Sprinkle brown sugar over the ingredients. Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over the ingredients. Sprinkle cinnamon and ginger over the mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes.
