CHICKEN FRIED STEAK 
Beat the steak. Roll it in flour, a little corn meal, salt and baking powder, working it in real good. Then dip it in milk with an egg. Then work in more flour. Fry in a deep grease at 350 degrees. Use a timer and fry 2 minutes on one side, then turn and fry 2 more minutes until golden brown.
