CHEESY TUNA BAKE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom
1/2 c. water
1 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
2 c. noodles
1 can tuna
2 tbsp. diced pimento, optional
1 can sm. peas

Cook noodles in boiling water. In saucepan melt butter. Add onion, cook until tender. Stir in soup, water, 3/4 cheese. Add noodles, tuna and pimento.

Pour into 1 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with remaining cheese, bake until cheese melts.
