CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. Super Moist yellow cake mix
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 egg
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cake mix, butter, and 1 egg until crumbly. Press in a 9 x 13 pan. Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, and 2 teaspoons vanilla until smooth. Spread over cake.

Bake for 25 minutes. Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla; spread over cake. Cool; spread cherry filling. Let set 8 hours before serving.
