CHEESE CAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine. Press into bottom of springform pan. Chill.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Blend together until smooth (10 minutes). Pour into pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pie filling of your choice

Combine and spread over cheese cake. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Remove from pan.
