BAKED LEMON CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken
1 lg. lemon (or 2 sm.)
Fresh ground pepper
Salt
Garlic powder
Rosemary
Thyme
Lawry's salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean and skin chicken. Place in roaster and season to taste, inside and out. Roll lemon on counter to soften. Puncture lemon several times with fork; place inside of chicken. Place on cover. Cook for 1 hour, then remove cover and brown.

Note: You must put holes in lemon. It will blow up if you don't.
