BREAKFAST BEFORE | |
1 lb. Neese sausage, browned and drained 4-6 slices bread, trim cut 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese 4-6 eggs 2 c. milk 1 tsp. prepared mustard Spray or grease a large rectangular Pyrex baking dish. Break trimmed bread coarsely and line dish. Brown sausage and drain. Layer sausage on top of bread. Layer cheese on top of sausage. Beat eggs with fork; mix with milk and mustard. Pour over top of casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. NOTE: May be reheated by adding a little milk. May be frozen after baked, thaw and add little milk before heating. Good with fruit for brunch. Good with green salad for lunch. |
