BEEFY CABBAGE SOUP 
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef chuck
1 onion, chopped
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes, sliced
2 cans red kidney beans
3 cans water
2 envelopes Beefy Onion soup mix
1/2 head cabbage
1/2 c. instant potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat and add onions. Cook until tender. Add rest of vegetables; cook until done. Makes a heap of soup!
