LEMON WHIPPED CREAM PIE 
1 baked pie shell
1 can almonds, toasted (crumble nuts and line pie shell)
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 carton whipping cream, whipped

Fold whipped cream into lemon mixture. Pour into pie shell and add some of the crumbled nuts on top for garnish.
