YOGURT AND WHIPPED CREAM PIE 
1 (8 oz.) Lite Cool Whip
2 (6 oz.) yogurt (any flavor)
3/4 c. mixed fresh or frozen berries, sweetened with sugar or Splenda
1 (6 oz.) graham cracker pie crust

Mix Cool Whip and yogurt together. Place into graham cracker crust. Heat mixed berries in small bowl in microwave, about 2 to 3 minutes. Use sugar or Splenda to sweeten. Wait until berries cool and drop across the top of pie. Spoon the juice over top and sides of pie. Put into freezer until frozen and then cut into slices and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
