JAMBALAYA 
1 chicken, cut up
1 1/2 lbs. smoked sausage
3 c. chicken broth
5 c. uncooked rice
1 box jambalaya seasoning

Add chicken and sausage, cut up, to boiling chicken broth. Reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Remove from heat. Remove chicken from bones. In large baking dish, put in uncooked rice, chicken, sausage, jambalaya mix, remaining broth, and water. Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours until rice is tender.
