POT ROAST MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. canned milk
1/3 c. cracker or bread crumbs
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients together and shape into loaf; brush top of loaf with some ketchup and sprinkle a few cracker or bread crumbs on top. Arrange a few potatoes, carrots and onions around loaf and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour.
