POTATO CASSEROLE 
12 med. potatoes or 2 lbs. frozen hash browns
10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
3 c. corn flakes, crushed
2 tbsp. butter, melted

If using raw potatoes, cook, cool, peel and grate. Place potatoes in 9"x13" baking pan. Mix soup, sour cream, onion, cheeses and 1/4 cup butter and pour over grated potatoes in pan. Melt the 2 tablespoons butter and mix with corn flakes then sprinkle over the potatoes and sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
