CHICKEN ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. milk
Dash ground red pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 oz. Gruyere cheese, cut up
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1/2 lb. mushrooms, drained
1 can artichoke hearts, drained

Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour, gradually add milk, stirring until thickened and smooth. Add red pepper, garlic, and cheese and stir until smooth. Blend in chicken, mushrooms, artichoke hearts and pour into a 2 quart casserole.

Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Sprinkle with paprika. Will serve 6.
